Connect Chrome, Edge, or Brave to Download Manager Pro in five steps.

Download and extract the extension

Install and open Download Manager Pro on Windows first. Download the extension ZIP archive, then extract it to a folder you will keep on your computer.

Get browser extension

Open your extensions page

Paste this address into Chrome’s address bar.

Enable Developer mode

Turn on the Developer mode switch on the extensions page. In Edge, the switch may be in the left sidebar.

Load the unpacked extension

Select Load unpacked, then choose the extracted folder containing manifest.json. Do not select the ZIP archive itself.

Pin it and verify the connection

Pin the extension to your toolbar, open its popup, and look for Daemon Online. Keep Download Manager Pro running so the extension can connect to 127.0.0.1:7373.
